Acquiring new skills and knowledge through on-the-job practice and being taught by an experienced professional.

E-Learning

There are a range of e-learning opportunities available through our LMS including compliance training modules and MS Office modules. This is a flexible and efficient way to learn.

Short courses

To develop both technical and soft skill capacity, we have partnered with top-level learning providers for approved job-related courses.

Leadership development

Building on individual skills, knowledge and behaviours is important to us. We do this through:

  • A five day internal leadership program held offsite at MGSM
  • Advanced Diploma of Management through AIM   

  • Senior leadership mentoring

Global programs

We have access to a wide range of global programs through our corporation in Japan and our regional office in Singapore.

Education assistance

Our education assistance policy supports continuing professional and personal development. We will provide tertiary study support for course costs, text books and study leave, for approved courses.
