    There is a code of team do’s and don’ts and we adhere to that code. It shapes our interactions with each other, our suppliers and our customers.

    It harnesses the power of positive thinking, and is as necessary to morale and vitality as recognition and acknowledgement. Large or small, celebrate the landmarks and achievements along the way.
  • Sharing information 
    No-one has a monopoly on insights, ideas, knowledge and wisdom. Share yours, and in turn you will benefit from someone else’s. Generosity is an attractive quality in everyone.
  • Passion
    Just as you can’t legislate against stupidity, you can’t demand passion from anyone. But you can build it through acknowledgement, recognition, celebration, the satisfaction of aspiring to high ideals and working as a team.
