In 1989, Viewdata Terminals were supplied to our Authorised Service Centres to allow them direct electronic access to view and order spare parts. In November 1995, this was replaced by a product developed by Panasonic Australia called “Panagate”.
Today, Authorised Service Centres access Panasonic Australia HQ and its support systems via secured systems and interfaces.

Panasonic’s retail trade portal, EPAN, can be accessed for all transactional requirements by going to www.e-pan.com.au and logging on.
