To make a corporate vision real and something to aim for on a daily basis, it has to come down from the wall and enter the minds and hearts of the people who work for that corporation. In other words, it has to be something we do, not just something we believe.
To go back to Man Ray’s observations on art, creativity and life, we need to follow the inspiration of “why” with the question, “how?”
How do we inspire and delight our customers? How to we enhance their lives at home, at work and on the move? How do we integrate a new product with what already exists? How do we make sure that product is easy and a pleasure to use, environmentally friendly and backed up by quality service?
But before we can deliver our corporate ideals to our customers, we need to look at ourselves: how we work as individuals and as a team.
