Terms and Conditions
1. Information on how to claim and details of entitlements form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the offer is deemed to constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Further consumer information may be obtained by calling 132 600 or by visiting www.panasonic.com.au
2. The offer is open to Australian residents only. The Promoter’s (and its related company’s) directors, management and employees and their immediate families, participating outlets and their agencies associated with the offer are ineligible.
3. The offer commences on 1/08/08 and closes at 11.59pm (AEST) on 31/01/09 (“Offer Period”).
4. The Offer is only available in respect of Panasonic Micro Hi-Fi Systems, models SC-PM86D / PMX3 (“Offer Product”) purchased from participating authorised Panasonic retail outlets within Australia during the Offer Period while stocks last.
5. To be eligible, participants must:
(a) Purchase any of the above stipulated Panasonic Hi-Fi models from an authorised Panasonic participating retail outlet during the Offer Period;
(b) Complete in full, the official redemption form available from participating outlets or Panasonic’s website www.panasonic.com.au;
(c) Attach the original or a photocopy of the purchase receipt to the official redemption form; and
(d) Send the completed official redemption form and a receipt in a stamped envelope to:

(e) All claims must be received by last mail on 13/02/09.
6. Under the Offer, eligible participants will receive one iPod Dock (model: SH-PD10) valued at RRP $130.00 (“Bonus Product”) for free.
7. The Bonus Product offer is limited to stock availability. The Offer is only available while stocks last of Bonus Product.
8. The Bonus Product offer is limited to one per person.
9. Commercial or business transactions involving the purchase of the Offer Product are excluded from this offer.
10. Purchased of the offer product via eBay or similar online third party internet websites are also excluded from this offer.
11. The Bonus Product is not available for individual sale and is not redeemable for cash or transferable or substitutable.
12. Incomplete or illegible claim forms are invalid. The Promoter shall not be liable for any official redemption form that is late or has been lost, stolen, forged, misdirected or damaged.
13. A minimum of 30 days should be allowed for delivery of the Bonus Product from receipt of the claim.
14. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and participating outlets will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained, in connection with the offer or receiving, accepting or using any entitlement granted under the offer.
15. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Bonus Product entitlements. Entitlements are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
16. The Promoter collects the participant’s personal information in order to conduct the offer. If the information requested is not provided, the participant may not participate in the offer. Unless otherwise advised, by claiming under the offer, each participant agrees that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the participant. The Promoter is bound by the National Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1998.

17. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any claims. The Promoter also reserves the right to disqualify any participant benefiting from any tampering with the claiming process. The Promoters decision is final.
