3D Image Shooting with the 3D Conversion Lens
This superior camcorder comes with an attachable 3D conversion lens that records right-eye and left-eye images simultaneously through its two lenses. The right and left images (each with 960 x 1080 pixels) that enter through the lenses are recorded using the side-by-side method. By attaching the lens and connecting your camcorder to a TV, vividly colourful 3D images can be viewed at home.***

Advanced 3MOS System
The 3MOS System sensor separates the light received through the lens into the three primary colours -red, green and blue - and processes each colour independently. This creates images with amazing colour, detail and gradation. The large-diameter F1.5 lens, 3MOS Sensor and Crystal Engine PRO also combine to enable bright, low-noise recording in dim lighting.
1080/50p Recording (Full-HD 1920 x 1080, 50 Progressive Recording)*
Progressive recording conveys about twice the information of 1080i (interlace) recording to produce the ultimate beauty in image quality, even exceeding conventional Full-HD images. It minimises afterimages and flickering caused by subject motion and renders crisp, detailed images. 64 GB SDXC card (optional) can record approximately 27 hours 30 minutes of 1920 x 1080i High Definition video in HE mode, and approximately 5 hours 20 minutes of 1920 x 1080p full High Definition video in 1080/50p mode.
HYBRID OIS combines optical and electrical hand-shake correction
The HYBRID OIS (Optical Image Stabiliser) function detects subtle blurring caused by vertical/horizontal entire arm movement, and automatically corrects it using a lens in the optical system and an electrical sensor. This powerful correction tool creates beautiful images, even when shooting on the move or zooming. Note: normal OIS works when 3D conversion lens is attached.
SDXC/SDHC/SD Memory Card Recording Mode
Using an SDXC/SDHC/SD memory card for recording media, the compact camcorder is ideal for daily use. Its superb resistance to external impact combines to give this versatile camcorder easy portability for anytime, anywhere video fun. Video clips recorded on an SDXC/SDHC/SD memory card can be played by simply inserting the card into the card slot of a Panasonic VIERA** TV.
