The f/2.2 Leica DC Vario-Summicron wide angle lens lets you shoot at higher shutter speeds to capture wonderfully clear, sharp images. Power Optical Image Stabiliser (OIS) corrects blur caused from hand shake with twice the correction power of previous technologies. The 24 mm wide-angle gives you around 213% larger shooting area than a conventional 35 mm lens.
Shoot HD movies then watch them on the big screen
The Lumix DMC-FX75 records HD movie in AVCHD Lite with the sound quality of renowned Dolby Digital. You can also shoot in motion JPEG format (1,280 x 720 pixels). To start shooting, just press the Motion Picture button. The iA mode can also be activated in motion picture recording so the camera does all the thinking for you while you concentrate on following the action. Then simply place your SD card in to the slot on your VIErA TV and use the remote control to see and share on the big screen.

If you enjoy taking portraits, you’ll love the highly realistic and natural skin tones you’ll get with Cosmetic mode, which accurately captures skin types and varying degrees of skin transparency.
The camera’s built-in Intelligent Resolution technology detects and enhances outlines, detailed texture areas and soft gradation areas. It then precisely performs signal processing pixel by pixel across each area. The resulting images are crystal clear in both photos and movies. What’s more, image quality is maintained even at the maximum 6.5x zoom.
Effortless, intuitive touch control
The Lumix DMC-FX75’s touchscreen 3.0inch LCD means you can set auto focus at the desired part of the frame with just a touch. You can also operate the auto focus and shutter release at the same time. Playback is magically easy, too: simply scroll and select on the touchscreen.
