The UB-5825 Panaboard comes with utility software that consists of Document Manager and Document Viewer. Contents on the Panaboard screen can convert to meeting minutes with annotation by using the Document Viewer function. The Document Manager then makes it easy to file and distribute the meeting minutes in a flash. Supported saving file format is BMP, TIFF, PNG and PDF.
Connect to your PC for even greater data control
Scanning the image on the Panaboard screen as data to and from your computer is super simple, as controlling the Panaboard function is just like operating the Panaboard control panel. Printing out documents is also a breeze, thanks to the USB plug and play function.
